Regulamento interno do alojamento

Seja bem-vindo à ALA. Apresentamos-lhe o nosso regulamento interno no sentido de que o possamos servir da melhor forma.

1.1) O check-in tem lugar no período compreendido entre as 14:30H e as 19:00H, que deverá ser combinado antecipadamente o horário que o hóspede deseja.

1.2) Não fazemos check-in sem pagamento antecipado, o qual deverá ser acompanhado de um depósito calção de 150€, os qual serve para cobrir eventuais prejuízos e/ou perda de chaves, caso haja no período da hospedagem. Caso contrário, será devolvido no momento do check out.

1.3) No ato do check in, o hóspede terá de se identificar e facultar  o seu bilhete de identidade/ passaporte.

1.4) No momento do check-in ser-lhe-á entregue um porta-chaves com duas chaves: uma da porta principal do condomínio e outra do apartamento contratado.

1.5) Se perder uma das chaves deverá comunicar de imediato o ocorrido, para darem baixa do mesmo e emitirem-lhe nova chave para sua segurança.

1.6) Em caso excecional de emergência poderá ligar para o contacto, 351 930 422 321.

1.7) Qualquer alteração ao horário estipulado terá que ser informado antecipadamente.

2.1) O check-out efectuar-se-á entre as 9:00H e as 11:00H.

2.2) No dia de saída, os apartamentos deverão ficar livres até às 11 horas da manhã.

2.3) No momento do check-out a caução/garantia ser-lhe-á devolvida se não houver danos.

3.1) Por uma questão de respeito e compreensão para com todos os clientes e residentes, pede-se a especial atenção para o silêncio nas zonas sociais e corredores, já que os nossos clientes, na sua maioria, vêm para descansar.

3.2) A partir das 22:00H não são permitidas atividades que importem ruído susceptível de importunar os demais hóspedes.

4.1) Caso haja necessidade do proprietário do Alojamento deslocar-se ao mesmo, fora do horário de atendimento, para resolução de situação provocada pelo hóspede, o valor da caução não será devolvido.

5.1) Ao abrigo do Decreto-Lei n.º 228/2009 de 14/07, esta empresa não se responsabilizara pelo dinheiro, jóias ou outros objetos de valor que possam desaparecer dentro das suas instalações.

5.2) Não temos serviço de depósito de guarda de bagagens.

5.3) Lembrar-se sempre de fechar as portas principais de acesso ao Edifício, as portas do apartamento e certificar-se de que as mesmas estão devidamente fechadas e luzes exteriores apagadas.

5.5) Não é permitida a permanência e/ou estadia de pessoas que não façam parte da lista de hóspedes do Alojamento.

6.1)   Sem prejuízo do acima referido e das regras gerais sobre alojamentos turísticos, não é permitido dentro das instalações do Alojamento :

  1. a) Fumar ou fumegar.
  2. b) Mudar ou alterar a disposição dos quartos.
  3. c) Deixar lixos pelos espaços comuns e privados.
  4. d) Ingestão excessiva de bebidas alcoólicas do Alojamento.
  5. e) Não são permitidos animais de estimação dentro das instalações.

7.1) O Alojamento Local através da página web, informa sobre eventuais promoções que estejam a decorrer.

  1. a) As ofertas e promoções são temporárias, e estão sujeitas às condições específicas definidas.

8.1) A limpeza do Alojamento é feita sempre que requisitada, tendo custo adicional.

  1. a) Apesar disso, sempre que haja mudança de hóspedes, a limpeza do apartamento será sempre efetuada.
  2. b) Caso a permanência seja superior a 7 dias o hóspede pode requisitar novos lençóis e toalhas que serão entregues após recolha dos usados.
  3. c) A substituição dos lençóis resume-se a isso e não inclui a colocação dos mesmos na cama, tarefa que deverá ser efetuada pelo hóspedes.

9.1) As reservas podem ser efetuadas por telefone, email, através do site ou pessoalmente e estão sujeitas a disponibilidade.

10.1 Deverá ser respeitada a sinalética de conduta nas zonas das piscinas.

10.2 Cada apartamento tem direito a duas cadeiras de sol, as quais após utilizadas deverão manter-se na posição como foram encontradas.

Internal rules of the accommodation –
Local Alvor accommodation

1.1) Check-in takes place between 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which must be agreed in advance what times it’s more convenient for the guest.

1.2) We cannot do the check-in without payment in advance, which must be accompanied by a deposit of 150€, which serves to cover any damage and/or loss of keys during the say. Otherwise, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

1.3) Upon check-in, guests must identify themselves and provide their identity card/passport.

1.4) Upon check-in, you will be given a key ring with two keys: one for the main door of the property and the other for the designated flat.

1.5) If you lose one of the keys, you must immediately report the incident, so that a new key could be issued for your security.

1.6) In exceptional cases of emergency, you can call the contact number +351 930 422 321.

1.7) Any change to the stipulated times will have to be informed in advance.

2.1) Check-out will take place between 9 am to 11 am.

2.2) On the day of the departure, the apartments must be free until 11 am.

2.3) Upon check-out, the deposit will be returned if there is no damage and the keys are properly returned.

3.1) As a matter of respect and understanding for all guests and residents, special attention is asked for silence in social areas and corridors, as the majority of our guests come to rest.

3.2) From 10 pm onwards, activities involving noise that is likely to disturb other guests are not allowed.

4.1) If there is a need for the owner of the accommodation to travel to the site, outside of opening hours, to resolve a situation caused by the guest, the value of the deposit will not be refunded.

5.1) Pursuant to the decree-law no.º 228/2009 of 14/07, this company will not be responsible for money, jewelry, or any other valuables that may be lost within its facilities during your stay.

5.2) We do not have a luggage storage service.

5.3) Always remember to close the main access doors to the building, the apartment doors and to make sure that they are properly closed and the interior lights are switched off.

5.4) The permanence and/or stay of people who are not part of the list of guests of the accommodation is not allowed.

6.1 According to the general rules for tourist accommodation, it is not allowed within the accommodation facilities to:

  1. a) Smoke or vape.
  2. b) Changing or altering the layout of the rooms.
  3. c) Leave rubbish in common and private spaces.
  4. d) Excessive intake of alcoholic beverages.
  5. e) Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

7.1) The local accommodation, through the website, informs about any promotions that are taking place.

  1. a) Special offers and promotions are temporary and are subject to the specific conditions defined.

8.1) The cleaning of the accommodation is carried out whenever requested, at an additional cost.

  1. a) Despite the above, whenever there is a change of guests, the cleaning of the apartment will always be carried out.
  2. b) If the stay is longer than 7 days, the guest can request new sheets and towels that will be delivered after collecting the used ones.
  3. c) The replacement of sheets is limited to that and does not include making the bed, a task that must be carried out by guests.

9.1) Reservations can be made by phone, email, through the website, or in person and are subject to availability.

10.1 The conduct signs in the pool areas must be respected.

10.2 Each apartment is entitled to two sun loungers, which after use must remain in the position as found.

Cosy and charming stay in Alvor 🌅🏠
Our stay in Alvor was memorable thanks to this lovely local accommodation. The place had a cosy and charming atmosphere, and the hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Magnificent swimming pool. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the town and enjoy the stunning sunsets by the sea.
